What we collect

First name, email address, town, region, country and optional postal code, interests, optional former career, up to three restaurants, the times you are free, and (for family sign-ups) the signer's first name, email and relationship. We collect nothing else.

Why

To find a few retired men who live near each other and email them the restaurant and time. Your location is used only to measure rough distance between members. It is never shown to other members.

Who sees it

The coordinators who run Table for Dad. Other members never see your email, location or details. We never sell or share your information for advertising.

Services we use

Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and OpenStreetMap Nominatim (turning a town into map coordinates). They process data on our behalf.

Consent

We email a man only after he, or his family on his behalf, clicks the confirmation link. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 14 days.

Your choices

Every email has a link to switch groups, pause, or delete all your information immediately. You can also email hello@tablefordad.me and we will delete or send you your data.
